Hello! I'm Maurice

I am Xiang 'Maurice' Li, a Ph. D. candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of Missouri-Columbia. My research field is Economics of Education. I have a lot of experiences in both longitudinal survey data and administrative data. Some of my projects apply traditional economics methodology, like mixed logic model, or Diff-in-Diff model. The project I am working on is an application of the Support Vector Machine. For programming, I mainly use SAS, both in Windows and Linux, for my data cleaning and most of the regressions. I use Python for the Machine Learning project. And R is used to present my result.
